Wiggin' Out

Well this Saturday, we are walking in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. When I was 3 years old (1984), my Grandma Roundy passed away from breast cancer. I am the only grand kid that remembers her, and really the only thing that I can remember is that she would wiggle her wig to make me laugh. I think that I would do that cry laugh thing, you know! Anyways, so that is why out team name is wiggin' out, we thought it was a good tribute to her. She and her husband Jerry had 4 kids + spouses, 15 grand kids + 2 spouses, and 2 great-grand kids. So we will all be walking with a picture of here around our necks. I hear that the race is very overwhelming, because of the emotions, and the amount of people that come the participate. I am very excited to experience it. Everyone will be there, but 5. Hopefully next year we will have more spouses, great-grand kids, and everyone will be able to make it! Thank you grandma for such a great family!

They always have a really great turnout here in Boise. We have two or three women from our ward who have put together teams from their offices and the ward. Good for you guys for doing this.
